1. Delivery Policy
1.1. PURCHASE POLICY
All products available on our website are shipped directly by us or our partners to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 45 business days, depending on the destination and the dispatch date. Orders are typically shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
Payments made via bank slip (boleto) may take 1 to 3 business days to be confirmed in our system.
We guarantee a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your order.
Note: In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, holidays, strikes, high volume seasons, or other events beyond our control.
We guarantee delivery of your order. In the rare case that an item is lost or not delivered, we will fully refund the amount paid. All shipments include insurance and free online tracking.
1.2. SECURE SHIPPING
Please note: You may receive more than one package. Some items may be shipped in separate parcels for better handling (up to 4 items per package). If you receive one item before another, don’t worry—it’s totally normal.
1.3. ORDER TRACKING
Orders are shipped via Correios or Loggi. You’ll always receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
The tracking code will be sent to your email once it's available. Please allow 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation to receive it.
It may take 1 to 5 business days after the tracking code is issued for updates to appear on the shipping carrier’s website.
2. General Conditions (Important)
2.1. ADDRESS VERIFICATION
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete address. Please double-check your details to avoid any delivery issues.
2.2. RECIPIENT ABSENT
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office for pickup.
The recipient must pick up the package within 7 calendar days. If not collected, the package will be returned to us. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the item.
Tracking updates will include information on delivery attempts and the local post office location where the item can be picked up.
2.3. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned for this reason, no refunds will be issued. The customer must pay for a new shipping fee (including carrier fees) to have the product resent to the correct address. The new shipment will only be sent once the original package is returned to us.
2.4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
If your order is subject to customs fees or import taxes, we will cover the cost. You’ll only pay the price listed on the website—no additional charges or hidden fees.
